  • In-home sessions create a more intimate and restorative experience. Without the need to travel, you’re able to fully settle into relaxation and continue enjoying the benefits long after the session ends. Your space becomes part of the healing process.

  • Each session is conducted with intention and care. Reiki and IET sessions are deeply calming, with gentle hands-on or hands-above techniques to support balance and release. You’ll lie down fully clothed with gently place my hands on or just above the body. Sessions are calm and quiet. Reiki focuses on overall energy balance, while IET works more specifically with stored emotional patterns.

  • For yoga sessions, wear something you can move freely in. For energy work, you will remain fully clothes throughout the session, and comfortable, relaxed clothing is recommended.

  • These practices are complementary and are not intended to replace medical treatment or diagnosis. They are designed to support your overall well-being alongside any care you may already be receiving.

  • Inner Tide Wellness serves Martha’s Vineyard for in-home sessions. Please reach out to confirm availability and any travel details.

  • For energy sessions, a quiet, comfortable space that can fit a massage table is needed. For yoga sessions, have a mat or soft surface available in a space about the size of a yoga mat with a little extra room to move.

  • Most people feel relaxed, grounded, and more at ease. Some may notice emotional release or increased clarity, while others simply enjoy a quiet, lasting calm.

    After energy and yoga sessions, it is recommended to drink plenty of water to support the cleansing of energy and to hydrate.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to honor both time and availability. Any cancellations after 24 hours are subject to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
