  • Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. By channeling universal life energy, Reiki helps reduce stress, support the body’s natural healing processes, and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are calming and non-invasive, making Reiki a supportive complement to both physical and emotional wellness.

  • Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) is a gentle, hands-on energy work modality that works with the body’s energy field to release stored emotional patterns and support overall balance. By focusing on specific energy centers, IET helps clear blocks, promote self-awareness, and encourage a sense of calm and renewal. Sessions are nurturing and restorative, offering a supportive space for emotional healing, personal growth, and increased well-being.

  • Yoga is a mindful practice that blends movement, breath, and awareness to support both physical and mental well-being. Through gentle stretching, strengthening postures, and focused breathing, it helps improve flexibility, build stability, and calm the nervous system. Each session invites you to slow down, tune in, and create a greater sense of balance, presence, and ease in your body and mind.

  • Group events offer a unique and meaningful way to bring people together through Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy, and/or yoga. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, connection, and shared well-being, creating a memorable and grounding experience for your group. Each event can be fully customized to suit your occasion, whether it’s a wedding celebration, bachelorette party, wellness retreat, workshop, or more.

About Me

Abby Stanton

I am a Reiki Master, 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Education (MEd). My path weaves together the wisdom of movement, energy work, and psychology, guiding others toward balance, alignment, and deeper connection within themselves.

My work is rooted in the understanding that we are energetic, ever-evolving beings moving through life’s natural tides. Through yoga and energy work, I create grounded, intuitive spaces that support release, restoration, and reconnection to self. Each session is an invitation to soften, to return inward, and to realign with your own inner rhythm and wisdom.

While my offerings are not mental health services, my background in counseling deeply informs my approach. It allows me to hold space with presence, sensitivity, and a holistic understanding of emotional and energetic well-being. I integrate this knowledge into my work in a way that honors both mind and spirit, without crossing into clinical care.

My intention is to support you in feeling more centered, open, and in tune with yourself, body, mind, and energy, so you can move through life with greater ease and clarity.
